1. Goals
   • Flyer
     • Looks good and ready to send out, once a date is confirmed

2. Programme and Speakers
   • New section added on "Simulations of sub-relativistic ion beam-plasma
   • Recommend speakers for the overview talk for this
   • Recommend section theme leaders
     • These will lead the discussion after the presentation and ask pre-planned questions
     • David Carroll to email Dan and Rajeev to ask about leads for the conventional focussing section
   • Review of Email invite:
     • Needs reference to the table discussion and the questions to be asked
     • Confirm date
   • Add to challenges under each section title
   • Encourage speakers to attend in person
     • Can offer them to deliver seminars at RAL, Imperial or more to make it more than a one day visit for them
     • There is also an important conference in Prague the week after the 7th
   • Ken Confirm that table discussion is possible

3. Fix the Date
   • Ken chasing his contact to confirm a date
   • Other venue option:
     • Ken preference for the 7th
     • Royal Society mentioned as an alternative
       • Bigger stage
       • Bob to have a look at who could support that (Ian Chapman)

4. Support
   • £500 per group from IOP to maybe cover travel but best not to promise anything to invitees
     • Bob and Ken to search out the funding
     • HEPP, Medical Physics, Particle and Beams Ken will follow-up
   • IoP Plasma £200?
     • Charlotte to follow up with Kate
