1. Goals

  - Looks good and ready to send out, once a date is confirmed

2. Programme and Speakers
 - New section added on "Simulations of sub-relativistic ion beam-plasma interactions"
  - ** Recommend speakers for the overview talk for this **
 - ** Recommend section theme leaders **
  - These will lead the discussion after the presentation and ask pre-planned questions
  - ** David Carroll to email Dan and Rajeev to ask about leads for the conventional focussing section **
 - Review of Email invite:
  - ** Update with reference to the table discussion and the questions to be asked **
  - Confirm date
 - Challenges written in a table on the doc
  - ** Add to challenges under each section title **
 - Encourage speakers to attend in person
  - Can offer them to deliver seminars at RAL, Imperial or more to make it more than a one day visit for them
  - There is also an important conference in Prague the week after the 7th 
 - ** Ken to confirm that table discussion is possible with IOP **

 - £500 per group from IOP to maybe cover travel but best not to promise anything to invitees
